30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery date
  • Product in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and all included materials intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@relifbox.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item in original packaging and attach the return label
  4. Track Your Return: Drop off at your nearest shipping location and track the return
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns within the EU and US. You will not be charged for return shipping when using our provided label.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@relifbox.com with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Send a replacement product at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund immediately
  • Provide a prepaid return label if needed

You will not need to wait for the damaged item to be returned before receiving your replacement or refund.

Exchanges

While we currently offer one signature product, if you'd like to exchange your item for any reason, please contact us at hello@relifbox.com and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less than perfect condition. We'll contact you before processing any partial refund.

Refund Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, including the amount refunded and the expected timeline for funds to appear in your account.
