Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Relifbox! We want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. High volumes of orders or postal service delays may occasionally extend processing times.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check its status. Please allow , 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Missing or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@relifbox.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking has not updated in over 3 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
