Shipping Regions
We proudly ship to customers in the United States, European Union, and select international markets. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- EU Orders: 5-10 business days (standard) | 2-4 business days (express)
- US Orders: 7-14 business days (standard) | 3-7 business days (express)
- International: 10-21 business days depending on location
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours of shipment. Track your package anytime to see its current location and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over €50 (EU) or $60 (US).
Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all materials included
How to Return

- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest shipping location
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@relifbox.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
